Express Entry Draw on October 2, 2019 invites 3,900 candidates

Canada held an express entry draw on October 2, inviting 3,900 candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence.

Candidates in the pool needed a Comprehensive Raking Score (CRS) of 464 or more to be invited to apply.

Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada provides the opportunity for eligible candidates to enter into a pool for Canada’s three federal High Skilled economic immigration programs – Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and Canadian Experience Class.

A Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is used to calculate points for factors such as arranged employment, age, intended destination in Canada, a nomination through the Provincial Nominee Program, as well as other factors.

There are currently more than 80 programs available for immigration to Canada. For that reason, everyone’s path to Canadian immigration will be unique.  For example, you may be eligible under one of the Federal Skilled Worker Programs, Provincial Nominee Programs, Self Employment programs or Family Class programs. Just to name a few.
