New Express Entry Draw – July 24, 2019

On July 24, 2019, Canada Immigration invited 3,600 candidates to apply for permanent residence in Canada.  The CRS score of the lowest-ranked candidate was 459, which was one point less than the previous draw on July 10, 2019.

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) assigns points for various criteria used to assess your skills, education, language ability, work experience, among other factors.

If your points are below 459 you may qualify for Express Entry using a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) via one of Canada’s Provinces or Territories.  If your PNP Application is successful, you will receive an additional 600 points which will ensure your success in being selected for Express Entry.

The Express Entry program was designed to manage the pool of candidates for the Federal High Skilled economic class categories:

  1. Federal Skilled Worker Class;
  2. Federal Skilled Trades Class;
  3. Canadian Experience Class.
